Writing is one of the most healing things that I have done in my journey toward greater wellness! I feel passionate about storytelling and writing has allowed me to explore my feelings and express creativity which, in turn, has created greater JOY in my life.
"The Mindful Writing Project" is a workshop where you will explore your own story through mindfulness, creative writing and a shared sense of community within a group setting.
In the "Wellness Vision and Goal Setting" Workshop, we will use the tools of mindfulness, mindful self-compassion and writing prompts to explore your vision for greater health and wellness. Creating a personal wellness vision and specific SMART goals, we will work within a group setting to create a roadmap for greater awareness, deeper compassion and a unique path toward inner alignment and a more joyful life.
